Delete local data from this release

Pharmayo works without an account and does not offer cloud sync or cloud backup in this Google Play release. Local records are held on your device, so you can erase them directly in the app without contacting Pharmayo. Pharmayo cannot remotely retrieve or erase records that never left your device.

Delete local data only

1. Open Pharmayo.
2. Go to Me and open the privacy and data controls.
3. Scroll to Delete local data.
4. Type DELETE and confirm.

This removes Pharmayo’s local database, scheduled reminders, local session information, and app-lock credentials from that device. It does not require sign-in. Pharmayo cannot remotely erase records that exist only on your device.

Request help by email

If you cannot find or use the in-app controls, emailady01996@gmail.com with the subjectPharmayo data deletion. Do not email health records, passwords, app-lock PINs, or backup passphrases. Because this release stores app records only on your device, support cannot remotely erase them; we can guide you through the local deletion steps.

Clearing Pharmayo's app data or reinstalling the app also resets the random EAS installation identifier used for app-update delivery. For more information about Pharmayo’s handling of information, read thePharmayo Privacy Policy.
