Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Eligible Return Cases
- Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within the stated timeframe after approval.
- Damaged, expired, or incorrect products.
- Packaging defects that affect product quality.
- Eligible exchanges follow the same approval, product condition, and timeline rules as returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used personal care and supplement items unless defective.
- Products returned without original packaging and proof of purchase.
3. Return Timeline
Return requests should be submitted within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise required by local law.
4. Return Method and Cost
Approved returns are handled by mail. Customer support will confirm the return address or courier instructions before you send the product back.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping unless Pharmayo confirms a different remedy for a damaged, expired, or incorrect item.
There is no restocking fee for approved returns.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after return inspection and validation. We do not issue cash refunds for online payments.
Refund completion is usually submitted within 14 days after approval. Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider may take additional time to show the final settlement.
If your order was paid through PayPal, the refund is submitted back to the same PayPal payment and may appear in PayPal before your linked bank or card reflects the final settlement. If a payment is still pending or uncaptured, the transaction may be voided or allowed to expire instead of being refunded.
6. Payment Reviews and Disputes
Please contact us before opening a dispute whenever possible so we can review the issue quickly. If a dispute or chargeback is opened with PayPal, your bank, or another payment provider, we may pause any duplicate manual refund while the provider case is active.
7. Start a Return
Contact support with your order number, product photos, and a short explanation to begin the return or exchange process.
